are there any at home treatments to inflated gums,and i know to brush,floss,and massage,other suggestions?

    Try using a mouthwash like Listerine three times a day. Make sure you keep it in your mouth and swish it through your teeth for at least a couple of minutes. It’s going to sting, but I think it will help your problem a lot. I’m never without mouthwash, I use it at least twice a day after brushing and flossing. It really cuts down on the bacteria in you mouth. You really should try to see a dentist, though.
