Why people does not make the time to pamper themselves at home (baths, massage, mud mask)?

I think its the luxury of having someone take care and pamper them. Its not as relaxing if you do it yourself.
We dont have the necessary facilities dah and professional therapists at HOME!!!
i think its mostly because of time and money
