What are the best massage tools for a runner’s legs?
Sophie Salazar asked:
I am looking to buy one or two massage tools for my legs and since I’m a runner, my muscles can get pretty knotted. I have a foam roller but I am looking for suggestions of other tools.

There is a product called The Stick. It is hard not soft and is useful in getting the knots out of your muscles.
It is available at running stores and comes in different sizes and flexibility.
I have a small one I can carry in my bag when I go to the track.
a soft ball or tennis ball helps with **** and hip (and back) muscles.
my tools of choice:
A)Icy Hot. use it EVERYWHERE. it relaxes muscles and makes it wayy easier to do an effective stretch. Cheap, too.
B)Putting the shower head on pulse. add hot water and it feels great.
1- if your legs are knotted, you are doing the WRONG workouts
2- the best massage is a kitchen rolling pin IMO, ive used it often to loosen up muscles
