    You could get them free at a junk yard. All size motors from washing machines, sewing machines have small ones, refrigerators,air conditioners

    Without knowing, or really caring about the physics and the mechanics of such a chair, it seems to me that it might operate by Oscillation? I’d probably check a manufacturer for specs. OR find infor from mfgs. that make equipment for Chiropractors.
