I would be careful with this, i know you may wanna massage his feet, but, is it because you want to be in a sexual way? plus it may be weird if another man asks.
If you desperately want to have a go why not say you are getting into reflexology and could you maybe do a bit of practise on his feet.
I suppose it really depends on how well the pair of you get on are you close friends? i know how you feel though as i am very much into men’s feet myself and you really have to sit on your thoughts especially on summer days
