Is it okay to go Swimming after a massage Therapy?
sophia asked: I’ve booked a Indian Head Massage tommorrow at 2.30 and there is a swimming pool near by, in which they have an aqua fit class at 6.30 which i would also like to go to.
Some say you mustnt do any vigourous exercise after a therapy, but it can’t do any harm, can it?
