Would a shiatsu massage belt help relieve me of my trapped wind and constipation?

Jason asked: I suffer with really bad trapped wind and constipation. When I rub and squeeze my belly for a long time, wind eventually passes. Would wearing a shiatsu massage belt on a regular basis relieve my wind and constipation?
