Is tantric massage legal in California and where do I find a masseuse?

Adam asked: I get massages, and they are the best experience for me. I’m very interested in a tantric massage. First off I’m curious if they are even legal here. Second, how do I find a good legit tantric masseusse?

If you go to a private masseuse, do you tip them? They work for themselves and massage at their home?
